Root folder

The root folder is a folder like all the other folders. With a couple of exceptions: You can not link a login to it. A client using that login would be able to see all other folders.

Since there can not be any client access there also can not be any files in there. Logically there are no File_Management tools.

Instead you will find tools for space management in the root folder like Expired_file_cleanup

You can prevent non root admin users from creating folders via the Only_root_admins_can_create_folder_in_top_level setting.

Or you can use Folder permissions like on any other folder.
