The top menu directly under the Interdubs menu will not change, regardless of the function that you are in. It contains:

logins
logins manage the access to your data.
files
files gives you access to the folder and file structure
utils
utils menu contains utlititarian functions of interdubs that are not related to a file or folder.
search
search let's you search for content.
