In some situations it is desirable that admins are supervised in the way that they use INTERDUBS. It is very easy to upload very large files. But these also might impact what you pay for INTERDUBS.

With Folder controlled expiration companies can designate areas that have very short expiration for content that simply gets transferred through the system. It is then helpful when large files that are put outside of these folder will get noticed automatically.

When you set a value for folder controlled file size then INTERDUBS will send daily notifications to all root admins listing the files that are above the set file size limits. Additionally the email of the admin that has uploaded these files in the wrong place will be sent to the root admins.

It is then up to the root admins to deal with these situations.
