In the utils menu you find the bulk delete logins function.

After using INTERDUBS for a while you might be in a situation where would like to clean up and delete a number of logins that are no longer needed. The logins screen allows you to do so, but you would need to open each job that contains logins first.

The bulk delete logins function was designed to allow you to quickly delete logins and their related data.

By clicking on the table header links you can change the sort order of the logins. It is advisable to do so first since selections will be reset when the sort order is changed.

Each login has a checkbox that will add it to the list of logins to be deleted.

After the selection of the first login a link will appear that allows the immediate deletion of all selected logins. All files in the folder associated to the login will be deleted as well. If the last login in a job gets deleted then the job itself will also be cleared of.

Files go into the trash. The rest of the information however will be deleted and can only be recovered manually out of the database logs. Tedious and eventually expensive.
