The 
utilities menu contains functions
that are directly related directly to either logins or files.
The utilities screen is divided into the following sections

Information like logs and other aspects of the system.
access
Access to your system by other means than a web browser
reports
statistics and logs about the usage of your system
configuration
set up and configuration of your segment
uploads
information in respect to uploads
data maintenance
functions that allow you to manage your data
root user functions
management of admin users. This function is accessible by root admins only. Other admins will find a list of root admins for their segment that they can ask for help.
