With the tag function can you attach additional information to your content

A tag will be used in the normal and quickReel search.

Tags on client pages

In the default looks additional information about your files visible to clients is usually handled via notes.

Clients do not see tags on their pages.

INTERDUBS can add tag related functionality to client pages though:

The INTERDUBS client search function looks at tags for files.

If you like to display tags in on client pages then you can add the keyword:

IDXHTML_TAGS

in the reel item or clip play configuration.

Of course we are happy to make this addition for you.

Adding a tag to a file

To add a tag click on the

 add tag

icon. Either under edit file or when you selected them with the check boxes.

In the actual tag screen you have the following choices:

Edit tag

When you click on the

 edit tag

icon then you can either rename the tag or delete it completely.

On the edit tag screen you will also see all files and folders that the tag is attached to.

Merging tags

If you rename a tag in via the edit tag to tag name that already exists, then INTERDUBS would merge both tags after asking for a confirmation.

Delete tag

The

 delete tag from this file

icon will remove the connection between the file and the tag. Tags without connections will be removed automatically.

Previous selections

Below the list of existing tag connections INTERDUBS will list all tags - together with the choices for the last tagging operation that you made.

This allows it to tag clips easily one after the other.

Tagging multiple files

In a folder listing or search result you can select multiple files with checkboxes. Clicking after the selection on
