Job
From Wikanual
The number of logins that INTERDUBS manages in a segment can reach hundreds and often thousands.
In order to facilitate the use of so many logins you can group them under a job.
Workflows differ, it might be that it makes sense to group logins by clients, or by jobs, or other criteria that fit your bill.

Logins in jobs
When you create a new login you can either select an existing job from the list or you create a new one by simply entering its name.
Every login can only belong to one job.
Logins that belong to a job will be displayed above all others inside of that job listing.
Open and close jobs
Jobs have an indicator next to their listing. Just like in OS X a right arrow
indicates that the job listing is closed and will not list it's assigned logins. Clicking on this arrow will open the job and it will change to
All logins inside of that job will be displayed below the job sorted by their name.
INTERDUBS remembers for each admin user which job sections are opened and closed.
Content highlight
Content that belongs to a login in an open job will be highlighted blue in the files section.
Insert logins into a note
When you insert login links into a note for a file or folder then only logins in open jobs can be listed.
Job name in HTML pages
When INTERDUBS finds the configuration keyword
IDXHTML_JOBNAME
in an HTML template then it will replace it with the job name that the current login belongs to. And example for this feature is Look#review_and_approval_03
Linking to other logins in job
It is possible to link to sister logins inside of a job on page. This is especially helpful for the creation of web sites with INTERDUBS. See logins in jobs on webpages for details.
