Internal Login Note
You can attach a so called internal login note to a client login. By default your clients have no access to this information, but when you do a search they will show up.
Application
You can use internal login notes for different purposes:
You can keep brief information about a reel that you created. Who requested it internally, or what the pitch details were.
You can add contact info for a client if you like.
Notes about the job or the client can be added as well.
User in email distribution
If the internal note is only one email address then this email will be used in the 
Email distribution function.
Display
Internal notes can be displayed in the login listing. They replace the column that the password usually takes up. In order to have them displayed you set the personal configuration value for
Length of internal login note snippets in listing
to the length that the snippet of the internal note should be truncated at. Setting this value to 0 will display the password. A length of zero is the default for this configuration. To see and edit the entire note simply go to the edit login screen.
Client view
IDXHTML_INTNOTE is the keyword that will be replaced with the internal note.
