Google analytics

Google analytics is a free service used to create statistics for web sites. INTERDUBS logs client visits by its own means. Google analytics is a mere addition to these capabilities.

Enter and count

Google Analytics will only be run on the client side of INTERDUBS. In order to enable it you have to enter a valid tracking code (see below) as a configuration. Please note that tracking results will become initially visible after approximately 24 hours.

Code

The actual tracking code is configured via a configuration variable. That means that the same levels apply for tracking: You can have a default code and then create different ones for for looks or specific logins or reels

The actual code you enter looks like this example (don't use this example code):

UA-123456-1

At this point INTERDUBS will not use codes that don't start with UA- followed by two numbers that are separated with a - character.

Default code

If you see a code that is just a number than this means that the default INTERDUBS tracking code is being used. Please don't set a code by yourself, since you don't know if it has been assigned or not.
