Cleanup empty folders

Clean up empty folders
After Expired_file_cleanup you might be left with empty folders that contain no data but nevertheless might clutter your admin interface and search search results.
You can easily remove empty folders by the Clean up empty folders... menu.
The first screen will show you many folders wil be affected.
If you click on the link to confirm the deletions then the folders will be removed.
In order to remove a folder with this function it has to full fill the following criteria:
- It has to be empty (not containing other files or folders - even if those should be empty) - It has be older than 7 days - It can not be inside of a /TEMPLATES or a /REQUIRED_TEMPLATES folder - It can not be the folder a login is pointing to
