Change the email template

Interdubs can send email that contains links and information so that peoplpe can easily access content in the system.

The email text comes out of a template. In order to change the general template that gets used in your Interdubs segment you go to

utils

then

config

The entry under email subject controls the email subject. If there is still a plus sign in front of the entry then that means the this value actually comes from the global interdubs default. Click on the plus sign to tell interdubs that you like to control this settings by yourself. Once you did so you can edit the subject line. You will probably find all uppercase words starting with IDX... , these are placeholders that will replaced with specific texts. Check out the referenece documentation for the email template for a complete list.

The email body you can alter in the same way:

1) under config make an instance via the gray plus button
2) edit your default

You can still edit emails before they get send.

Or you can set up email templates for a specific client login.

Or you can set up email templates against a look.

Or, finally, you can set your own personal email template.
