Shared admin

Some companies have one email address for a group of people. Like [email protected], [email protected] etc. They are then also tempted to use this for INTERDUBS admin usage.


Should you do it

While you can run INTERDUBS with a shared admin account everybody will most likely have a better time if yoy give everybody their own account.


1 person 1 admin account

There are many benefits for giving each admin their own account. Here are a couple of highlights:


preferences are being kept for each person

INTERDUBS tracks many settings for its users against the admin login. This makes the experience very consistent. Unless you do share an admin account.


who did what

INTERDUBS is a collaborative environment. With the exception of Rep Admin users everybody has access to all material. When people have their own login it is much easier to track who did what.


things change / people leave etc

If people have their own admin sign ins then it is much easier to keep access under control when freelancers leave etc.
