Sometimes a presentation should also contain a link to a different web page. Be it in INTERDUBS or elsewhere.

linking to any page
This is very easy:
1) create a file - give it a proper name and pick a meaning thumbnail. You can also upload those
2) edit the note for the file. The feature that we use here is the following:
If you start a note with a link then the file / image will actually link to that link in question, not the content
So if you start your note with
http://www.google.com
then the client view will link to that page instead to the file itself.
Restrictions
* linking only works for files, not folders
links in reel looks
If you like to use a link defined in a notein a reel look then you have to use the keyword
IDXHTML_NOTELINK
in the configuration
HTML for each item in reel
This also means that no more normal functionality is available on the reel look. If you don't have a link defined then the it will not magically work like before the change of the configuration IDXHTML_NOTELINK
