Folder name is incompatible with some features

Don't use a slash

Using a slash ( / ) character prevents functions and features to work properly that use a folder path.

Affected features

Functions affected by a slash are:

quick start fix
gateway ftp uploads
transfer between data centers
transfer between INTERDUBS segments
archive

In most case extra directories will be created where the slash was in the name.

Remedy

Simply rename the folder via the

 edit folder

function to fix this issue. All links will continue to work, regardless of the name change.

Workaround if you HAVE TO use a slash in a folder name

INTERDUBS does not allow the creation of a folder name with a slash. If you have to use one then first create the folder with a proper name. You then can go into edit folder and change the name to include a slash.
